We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team and contribute to the growth of Glenair in Lithuania. The Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying business opportunities, and promoting Glenairs comprehensive range of interconnect solutions direct in Lithuania and Latvia.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to Sales Engineers, Customer Service Representatives and distributors.
- Support technical projects from the initial pre-study through to complete product availability.
- Coordinate technical studies and development projects with Glenair manufacturing plants, subcontractors and business partners.
- Support the development and implementation of customer-specific and non-catalog products.
- Coordinate technical product training for internal teams and distributors.
- Obtain and coordinate technical and commercial information, including pricing, delivery times and samples.
- Support product qualification, quality issue analysis and technical corrective actions.
- Monitor relevant product changes, market developments and competitor activities.
- Support compliance with applicable Export Control, REACH and RoHS requirements.
How to convince us
- Degree in Engineering (BEng, MEng or comparable qualification) or equivalent professional experience.
- several years’ professional experience, ideally in a technical or customer-facing environment.
- Strong customer orientation and a good understanding of technical products and applications.
- Solid technical knowledge, ideally in product design or a related field.
- Based in Poland and very good command of Polish and English and a valid driving license.
- Strong communication, coordination and project management skills.
- Analytical and strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
- Team player with strong negotiation skills, assertiveness and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
