
Technical Sales Engineer (m/w/d) Focus Area Lithuania and Latvia

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team and contribute to the growth of Glenair in Bulgaria. The Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying business opportunities, and promoting Glenairs comprehensive range of interconnect solutions direct in Lithuania and Latvia.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers
 - Understand customer needs and requirements, providing effective solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction
 - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
 - Achieve sales targets and objectives by actively promoting Glenairs products and services
 - Collaborate with sales management to create and implement effective sales strategies
 - Provide technical support and guidance to customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products
 - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends
 - Keep management informed about market conditions, competitor activities, and customer feedback
 - Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless communication and cooperation
 
How to convince us
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interconnect solutions or the electronic/ electromechanical industry
 - Technical acumen, ability to understand and communicate complex technical information
 - Fluent in Lithuanian and English, knowledge in German is a plus
 - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
 - Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
