Technical Support (m/f/d) Poland

• Provide technical support to Sales Engineers, Customer Service Representatives and distributors.
• Support technical projects from the initial pre-study through to complete product availability.
• Coordinate technical studies and development projects with Glenair manufacturing plants, subcontractors and business partners.
• Support the development and implementation of customer-specific and non-catalog products.
• Coordinate technical product training for internal teams and distributors.
• Obtain and coordinate technical and commercial information, including pricing, delivery times and samples.
• Support product qualification, quality issue analysis and technical corrective actions.
• Monitor relevant product changes, market developments and competitor activities.
• Support compliance with applicable Export Control, REACH and RoHS requirements.

• Degree in Engineering (BEng, MEng or comparable qualification) or equivalent professional experience.
• several years’ professional experience, ideally in a technical or customer-facing environment.
• Strong customer orientation and a good understanding of technical products and applications.
• Solid technical knowledge, ideally in product design or a related field.
• Based in Poland and very good command of Polish and English and a valid driving license.
• Strong communication, coordination and project management skills.
• Analytical and strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
• Team player with strong negotiation skills, assertiveness and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
